Why cant i download ark survival evolved on pc

I've deleted local files, changed my download region but nothing. Did you try deleting Steam's download cache? It's in the same menu that change download region is in. Good luck with this man, I've seen a similar problem one time before and the guy had to wait for the next update to get the game to work.
