You know that guy thats been stood there for ages but you could never talk to him?

Just outside of STV's instance is a lonely dwarf who has 3 special quests. He wants a total of mithril bars, 40 iron bars 5 truesilver bars and 5 citrine. I know, I know. How the devil you gonna get all tht? Don't accept them. When you need something the drop rates drop. Otherwise the game would be easy. So, drop the q's and be on your merry way doing whatever you do best. I hear you. Screaming well wtf are you going on about. Well if your drop rate isn't reduced you have a better chance to gain your Mithril, Iron and Citrine.

So you can go about questing and grinding in many many ways. Every so often when you go into a city or town with a bank pop in whatever Iron, Truesilver, Mithril or Citrine you have and watch it grow. I'm not going to lie. This is a very long quest. But that isn't the end. After you recieve the 3 plans and trinket v nice trinket you have to go to tanaris and visit gadgetzen.

Theres another mithril order blacksmith with 3 similar quests. But this time you have to make a bunch of armour for him. Very straight orward. Although you're gonna need a lot more mithril.

These plans will allow you to make the final armour pieces required for the Armoursmith trainer. Ok, well thats about it. I can give just a couple more pointers and then the rest is up to you. You will need blacksmith skill of in order to finish the tanaris blacksmithing. Thousand needles is great for Iron and the odd bit of mithril. If you get bored grind the Iron, Tin, Copper and sparse Mithril save the mithril and what iron you need and sell the rest on AH to make some cash just incase you need to buy any extra mats or more mithril.

I have to tell you one thing ArmorSmith quets was easy if your server is too crowded Alterac montaign is teh best place to farm Mithril and to kill some Horde for breakfast.

Don't be gready and just focus on a step at a time and then it just come itself. I had to confess I just bough the 5 last stack of mithril, but as you farm lot of Iron while farming the mithril in Alterac, you just need sell it in the process to sponsor your mithil investment.

I've talked to every dwarf around the Great Forge multiple times, done everything I could think of and the quest just won't appear. He's standing next to the Dwarves hammering away on the smaller anvils. Ask about Armorsmithing and he will direct you to a Dwarf nearby, who will direct you to the Armorsmith, Grumnus Steelshaper. He's standing in the Dwarven District by the smithy. He will give you a quest called "The Origins of Smithing". He's standing outside the smithy in Booty Bay.

Talking to Trenton, he will give you 3 more quests Note : You NEED Blacksmithing to complete the following quests and reward you with the three recipes needed to complete "The Art of the Armorsmith". Watch him work, and he'll give you a trinket. You now have all the recipes you need to finish "The Art of the Armorsmith".

You're now an Armorsmith! You can now learn two recipes, Truesilver Breastplate and Truesilver Gauntlets. Comment by IRPerm I had the toughest time getting this quest. When I asked Bengus Deepforge about being an armorsmith I just assumed he would send me right to the armorsmith Grumus Steelshaper. He actually sends you to Myolor Sunderfury a dwarf that stands in between them. Unless you pay close attention to the names it is easy to miss as no question mark appears on him. Once you talk to him then you can get either the armor smith or weapon smith quests.
