Greyhound Bus Depot in Seattle This project grew out of my collection of Corgi buses being displayed in my office. There are three buildings, two of which were kit-bashed, and one completely scratch built along with a scratch built lighted platform. I installed headlights in two Corgi Scenicruisers with blue aisle lights in one and ceiling lights, a restroom occupied light and dash lights in the second.

Both are wired with 3V coin battery so the buses can be repositioned in the Diorama. I used a mixture of super glue and UV cured glue to attach the lights.

All of the lights are individually controlled by a switch panel using Atlas connectors. The owner didn't want the stand landmarked, wouldn't renew the rental agreement with original tenant Henry's Tacos, and has since altered the stand beyond recognition. This was a special commission for the Valley Relics Museum in Van Nuys, CA - they display it below the signage that used to adorn the taco stand.

The chimney is just a rolled up piece of paper glued and painted. The porch roof supports are sections cut from a shish-ka-bob stick and some lichen was used for shrubbery. Weathering was done with acrylic craft paints. I sprayed it with a clear dull coat to seal everything. It was a lot of fun to do.
